Díky terapeutické práci s hudbou můžeme objevit náš potenciál, naučit se lépe komunikovat, prohloubit mezilidské vztahy, uvolnit nahromaděné napětí či naopak stimulovat energii, zlepšit schopnost zvládat stres nebo třeba zvýšit koncentraci při učení či motivaci“, říká Lucie Rozsnyó.
• Festival Musica Figurata pokračuje v sobotu 25. července v Želivském klášteře. V podání česko-lotyšsko-švýcarského souboru Eisenberg vyslechneme smyčcové kvartety Ludwiga van Beethovena.
